Steel Frame Construction

The Upper Cumberland's choice for steel-framed home construction. Our designs look like any other home when completed but have the benefits of 20 gauge steel framing and trusses that don't warp or bend. We specialize in smaller homes and are currently offering five designs to choose from, with more on the way soon from our architect. Homes can be built on a block crawl space or a flat, poured concrete slab foundation. The floorplans, elevations, and interior and exterior pictures are located on our Home Designs tab. All new stainless steel kitchen appliances included!

Lighter and Two Times Stronger Than Wood

Steel frame superstructure that is TWICE as strong as wood. Extremely straight materials that don't warp or age like wood!

Wind-Resistant!

Can withstand up to 120 mph winds. Think F-2 tornado. 8 inch steel bolts into foundation.

Fire and Termite Resistant!

Steel construction of framing and trusses. The only wood we use is OSB for subflooring, side and roof sheathing.

Metal Roof and Hardie board Siding

Peace of mind on your roof and siding for years. Many colors of metal roofing to choose from.

Architect-Designed and Engineer-Stamped

All of our plans are designed by an architect and stamped by an engineer for the frame and truss manufacturing. The home designs we have now can be modified to make them larger or smaller. Other designs are in the works or you can submit your own design.

Construction Times

The time frame for building a steel-framed house varies based on lot size excavation needs, as well as the availability of supplies and sub-contractors, not to mention weather. However, most of our homes can be completed inside and out in a few months.

We can complete the house for you, or we can do the framing and dry-in, then you complete the inside as you wish. A dry-in includes foundation, plumbing through the slab or crawl space and into the walls, wall framing and trusses, OSB on the exterior walls and roof and metal roof installation.

On-time Completion

We will work with you to meet deadlines and coordinate with other related projects. We will maintain open communication with you to keep you up to date on the status of your job. We do this to guarantee that the project is completed according to your preferences.
